There are three phases in the process of obtaining your digital certificate.

The application phase consists of three steps, which can be completed in about 10 minutes:

Paying for Your Digital Certificate
Downloading and Submitting Your Authorization Agreement and ID Form. This must be completed before proceeding to the Authentication Phase
