STEP 1: APPLY ONLINE & PAY FOR YOUR ECA DIGITAL CERTIFICATE
You have selected an ECA Medium Assurance Foreign Country Digital Certificate - you must be a Citizen of one of the supported foreign countries listed below in order to qualify. If you are unsure of which certificate you need, check with the agency with which you will use your certificates.
The IdenTrust online purchase process will ask you to provide personal and company information and pay for your digital certificate.

Voucher Number - A voucher number is obtained when your company submits a Purchase Order. Upon approval, IdenTrust issues the voucher number(s) which your company can distribute to its employees to be used as the form of payment.

*PLEASE NOTE: Due to various international formats, customers outside of the United States may be unable to use a credit card. If you have attempted to use a credit card but were unable to complete your transaction, please send an email to registration@identrust.com to request a Purchase Order form.

STEP 2: COMPLETE FORMS AND IN-PERSON IDENTITY AUTHENTICATION

At the end of the online registration process, you will be prompted to download the following forms OR you can download it here [pdf].

Subscribing Organization Agreement Form - An officer of your company must sign this document. |
| |

ECA ID Form - Take this form along with 2 valid forms of identification to an Authorized DoD Employee (ADE). The ADE will review your identification and sign your paperwork.
You must present 2 forms of ID, as follows:
1. Passport

STEP 4: RETRIEVE YOUR CERTIFICATE
Upon approval and issuance of your ECA digital certificate, you will be contacted by IdenTrust for retrieval information and instructions.
